The following documents and services are offered to assist with the programming and long-term reliability of the products purchased from StockBridge Industries. All of the listed options are free of charge for products purchased from StockBridge within the last 12 months with the exception of on-site repair. Products purchased outside of the 12-month period may be subject to a Service & Support fee.

  2. Contact Stockbridge Industries AFTER reviewing the on-line resources through the listed methods below or simply submit the Service Information form. A Representative will contact you within 24 hours to discuss the issues and suggest potential solutions and next actions. In the unlikely event a representative in not available, please leave your name, company name, telephone number and time of call and a StockBridge representative will return your call promptly.

  3. Complete and submit the "Service & Support Form" if the issue is not corrected after reviewing the product information. Please have the Required Information available for discussion.
  4. Discuss the failure symptoms with a StockBridge Representative who will suggest potential solutions that may include one of several service options listed below.
  5. RMA and Service orders will be issued after all other service options have failed. Any material returned without prior authorization and or RMA numbers will be refused.
